Veterans’ Memorial Bypass dedicated

On Aug. 26, approximately 100 veterans, dignitaries, families and friends of Meade County’s veterans gathered at VFW Post 11404 for the dedication ceremony for the renaming of the bypass to Meade County Veterans’ Memorial Bypass. Pictured above are some of our local veterans along with State Rep. Gerry Lynn, and Congressman Ron Lewis with the new sign that will be placed on each end of the bypass in honor of Meade County’s veterans.
